Our Facilities

Our industrial and logistics system is well invested with modern production equipment and adequate technical capacity, so we are able to meet all requirements within wooden products we make. Applying our extensive knowledge in woodprocessing, we have developed and installed unique production lines, implementing automated product-tailored techniques, hence providing stable quality at massive production volumes. To meet customer expectations Varpa SIA focuses on quality, lead times and delivery precision while working to ensure health, safety and well-being for our employees.

Varpa SIA services start in the forest, where we operate our own harvesters, forwarders and log haulers. Further, our semiautomatic sawmill provides unprecedented flexibility in volumes, dimensions and qualities of sawn timber. By combining the own forestry with sawmilling facilities we provide fast and precisely adjusted to requirements of our customers’ orders response.

The flexibility in sawmilling serves as a solid base for further wood-processing stage – manufacturing of garden joinery products that promptly receives wood of necessary dimensions and quality. Our joinery production implements the wide range of woodprocessing techniques: wood grading, cross-cutting and optimising, finger-joining and gluing, planing and shaping, CNC-processing and assembling, pressure treating to 3rd or 4th HC by green or brown colour, packing and labelling. Varpa SIA specialises in production of garden log houses and garden furniture (pick-nick tables, benches, etc.), including such products intended for children.

Having waste-free production, all wooden residues are processed into green fuel – wood pellets. On the recently refurbished production line Varpa SIA makes high I1 quality industrial grade pellets with the capacity of 150 kilo-tons per year.
